Changes to Moodle MAIN MENU block

Links from the MAIN MENU block on the left hand side of Moodle front page have been duplicated and will appear at the top of our Moodle front page. The MAIN MENU block will disappear from the beginning of Semester 2. This change is to bring the "MY COURSES" block higher for better viewing and improve efficiency. Please see Mr Hew in Room C22 for any issues.

C24 Dell colour laser printer has been removed from use as it is being re-located to administration use. Please select c23-docuprint as the next closest colour laser printer around the area.

$2.7 million funding for a new Science wing & Administration facilities

Announcement of a new $2.7 million Maths & Science WingOn 4 April 2014, Premier The Hon. Dr Denis Napthine MP together with the Member for Forest Hill, Mr Neil Angus, visited Vermont Secondary College to announce funding of $2.7 million to build the college's new Maths & Science wing - see Media Releases "Better facilities for students in Seaford, Cranbourne West and Forest Hill" and from Neil Angus MP, State Member for Forest Hill.

Moodle upgraded to v2.6.2

Moodle has been upgraded to the latest version which contains hundreds of improvements and fixes, but the major ones fall into two basic categories: usability improvements that improve how Moodle functions from a user point of view and performance improvements that allow Moodle to run faster and better in a wider range of software environments.
